Data Collection

We collect only the data necessary to deliver our services: medical reports you upload, account information (name, email), and usage data to improve our platform. We do not collect data beyond what is needed for service delivery.

Data Usage

Your medical data is used solely to generate patient-friendly report summaries. We do not use your data for model training, advertising, or any purpose beyond delivering your translated report. Reports are processed and delivered in real-time.

Data Protection

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our infrastructure is hosted on HIPAA-aligned cloud services with regular security audits. Access to patient data is strictly limited to automated processing systems.

User Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may request a complete data export or account deletion by contacting us at info@flexrad.org. We will process your request within 30 days.
